Accessible to everyone

Stockholmsmässan aims to be accessible to everyone. To ensure this, all our restaurants, congress rooms and exhibition halls have ground-level access. There may be limited access to some of our areas with level differences or events that attract large number of visitors. However elevators are available to all floors. You’re welcome to contact us before your visit if you have any questions.

Information
There is an information desk by the Main entrance and it is open during our events.

Parking spaces
We have 25 parking spaces close to the Main entrance which are reserved for people with a disabled parking permit. Disabled parking permits are of course valid in all our other parking areas as well. If you have a permit, parking is free of charge.

Wheelchairs
We give free entrance for those who are wheelchair users at some of our fairs because of limited availability. Please contact us for further information. A limited number of wheelchairs can be borrowed from the Information desk by the Main entrance – you will need to show valid ID. It is not possible to book wheelchairs in advance.

Restaurants
Stockholmsmässan’s permanent restaurants are accessible to wheelchair users.

Restrooms
Restrooms for the disabled are available near the entrances, in the exhibition halls and in the galleries.

Elevators
A wheelchair-accessible elevator to the second floor is available in Gallery A. There is also an elevator down to Hall B and from the Entrance hall to the indoor parking. If you need assistance, please contact the Information desk in the Entrance Hall.

Hearing aids
Stockholmsmässan has a hearing aid system for hearing impaired people. The hearing aid loop has its own radio reciever, whch means that you will hear the performace/lecture very well without disturbing background noise. The hering aids are available at the following halls: Victoria hall, K1, K2, K11, K21, T1, T2. You pick them up in the Information desk upon presentation of ID.
