CO-EXHIBITORS
If you who want to exhibit together with another company in a stand you have to pay a co-exhibitor fee. For only SEK 6 495 (excluding VAT), you as a co-exhibitor receive the same service and are marketed in the same way as the main exhibitor.

Book in time and influence your place in the exhibition hall
Keep in mind that the earlier we receive your registration, the greater the opportunity you have to influence your place in the exhibition hall. The planning is in full swing and it is a great advantage for you who want to participate and us as an organizer that you, as early as possible, leave us your wishes on what your participation should include, booth size and in which focus area your stand should be located.

TERMS OF PAYMENT:
ExpoStart is to be paid by exhibiting companies against invoice at registration. It is not deductable from the stand rent. Will only be returned in the event of no stand being available. Stand rent is to be paid on receipt of invoice 60 days before event start. For applications made later than 60 days before the opening of the event ExpoStart, ExpoLeads, ExpoTotal, Corner Stand Visibility and stand rent is to be paid according to terms of payment on invoice.

CANCELLATION TERMS:
For questions relating to booth position, kindly revert to us within 15 working days, otherwise, we regard your exhibition booth as confirmed. Cancellation later than 15 working days from order confirmation attracts fees as follows: 25% of stand rental value – up to August 31, 2022 50% of stand rental value – from September 1 up to October 31, 2022 100% of stand rental value from November 1, 2022.

SUPPLEMENTARY TERMS COVID-19:
In light of the current situation with Covid-19, Stockholmsmässan (SM) is offering its customers (SM Customer) of Stockholm Furniture Fair February 7-11, 2023 (the Event) more favourable terms as follows.

Payment of stand rent for the Event are to be paid no later than 60 days before the implementation. If SM, for whatever reason, should be forced to cancel the Event, SM Customer does not have an obligation to pay stand rent and services that have not yet been provided for the Event.

If the SM Customer has made payments for stand rent and services that have not yet been provided, SM will refund the payment (not discounts/credits) if the Event is cancelled as set out above. The registration fee (ExpoStart) will not be refunded, but will be carried over for the SM Customer if the SM Customer participates in the next iteration of the Event. The parties will be responsible for their own incurred costs, and neither of the parties will be entitled to compensation from the other party by reason of the Event being cancelled as set out above.

For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions otherwise stated in the agreement (including SM’s General Terms and Conditions) shall continue to apply between the parties.

The agreement constitutes the parties’ entire agreement and replaces all previous written or verbal warranties, undertakings, pledges and arrangements between the parties.


VAT not included.
Statutory interest on late payment will be charged at 1.5 percent per month.
