Stockholm Furniture Fair offers different modes of participation. Tailor make your own booth or book a ready-made stand for easy participation. For the 2025 edition we welcome fresh thinking, brave ideas and collaborations across the boards. In addition to our traditional stand solutions, we list other exhibiting ways such as Ready Made / Open Space, Ready Made / Independent Space, New Ventures and Installation / Creative Space.

We offer spaces between 12-500 sqm to build your stand in your preferred hall. The halls have varying ceiling heights.
Start package 8 490 SEK

Stand rental: 12-95 sqm – 1 785 SEK/sqm

Large customer discount: For booths larger than 95 sqm you get 50 SEK discount/sqm

We offer smaller, ready-made stands for exhibitors wanting an easy way to exhibit without added costs. The independent space is 28 sqm. The offer includes the start package, lighting, carpet and walls

We offer smaller, ready built stands with an open layout for exhibitors wanting an easy way to exhibit. The open layout is 22 sqm. The offer includes the start package, lighting, carpet and walls.

We invite a selection of young design brands to exhibit at the fair for the first time, with a pared down ready-made fair stand where all costs are included. The stands come different sizes and have an open layout.

We encourage our exhibitors to find ways to exhibit using as little construction as possible. Creating an installation rather than a booth is an effective way to cut both building costs and waste and is appreciated by our visitors. For 2025, we have extended the areas where we offer installation space. The location and size is tailor made for each participant.
