Participants from all over the world are welcome to appl to Greenhouse! It is possible to apply for a stand as an independent designer/design duo or as a design school. A jury will then select those who will have the opportunity to exhibit. There is no age limit for applicants, but there is a limit on the number of times independent designers can exhibit in Greenhouse, which is a maximum of three times.
INDEPENDENT DESIGNER OR DESIGNER GROUP
Application deadline: September 16, 2024.
The application is free of charge. An invoice is sent after the selection process once you have accepted a participation.
The application shall include:
- One PDF-file with sketches/ renderings/images of the products you wish to exhibit, maximum 5 pages – Name the document: Company name_Application
- One PDF-file with your CV. Name the document: Company name_CV
- One PDF-file with stand layout – how you wish to present your designs in the stand – Name the document: Company name_Stand layout
Some advice from the jury:
- Focus on a few strong products rather than too many. Think through the concept for the presentation so that it is coherent and that there is a common thread.
- If you think the product is innovative and solves a practical problem, please explain how.
- If you think the product is based on a strong idea and, for example, adds something that challenges what design can be, please explain how.
- Please tell us about the material and its origin, e.g. whether it is suitable for recycling and if you can already say something about the current production method(s).
Stand Package Price
9 sqm – SEK 2 250
12 sqm – SEK 3 000
Inlcuded in the Stand Package Price are painted walls in a range of colours, matching carpet and one spotlight per 3 m2. The walls are 2,49 m high and built as shown in the picture below. The choice of wall colour etc is made once you have received a confirmation of participation from us.
A mandatory fee of SEK 7 490 SEK is added to the Stand Package Price. It contains:

DESIGN SCHOOL
We look forward to receving your application no later than September 16, 2024.
Criteria:
Only schools with education in design, craft and/or architecture can exhibit in Greenhouse. The education must also be post-secondary.
The application shall include:
One PDF-file, maximum 5 pages, containing:
- Purpose of the participation
- Name and lenght of the program/course that wish to exhibit
- Number of participating students
- Presentation of stand concept and products you want to exhibit
- If you have not exhibited in Greenhouse before, please also attach images of past experiences exhibiting as a school.
