Gärsnäs is a family-owned company, originally founded in 1893 in the village of Gärsnäs, Österlen, southern Sweden. Since the start, its objective has been to manufacture high-quality Swedish wooden furniture. From the 1960s onwards, it has specialised in furniture for public spaces and interiors. Today, we sell to both contract and private customers, in Sweden and internationally. We collaborate with many of Sweden’s foremost designers. Our hallmark is a prestigious “Gärsnäs feeling” that combines functional, elegant design with curiosity and a philosophy of reuse for our furniture. Gärsnäs greatly prioritises the environmental aspects and promotes our vision of a completely circular company. Our furniture is made at our factory in Gärsnäs. Our showroom, the House of Gärsnäs, is located on Skeppsholmen in Stockholm.
