Taking design as an open, imaginative concept, PIN–UP’s conversation on “Softness” investigates design in its broadest sense, from the scale of a singular product to its role as a spatial tool. Softness is the discursive conversation’s point of departure, which, in all its ambiguity, has become a palpable yet under-discussed trend in recent years. What does this say about the state of creativity, the market, and the world?
