Panel discussion: Roadmap for a resource-efficient, bio-based furniture and interior design industry

Together with the Swedish furniture and interior design industry, the trade organizations Swedish Wood, The Swedish Federation of Wood and Furniture industry and Swedish Forest Industries have initiated a roadmap för a long-term sustainable development. The roadmap works for resource efficiency, an increased refinement and use of local bio-based materials, and the goals are reduced climate footprint, in-depth knowledge as well as development of products and business models that support circular flows. The roadmap is the first of its kind and an important step towards the development of the furniture and interior design industry.
